A wonderful stone. I was drawn to and excited about Pietersite from the first time I saw it. I can see that the Pietersite tumbled stones on this website are high quality; mine’s not as high of quality, but when I saw it, it reminded me of a micro planet. I just recently decided to give it some attention and work with it. (I always work with the stones before I reference what they’re properties are). I never knew much about the composition of this stone until I read the above description; which is fascinating. This is definitely a meditation stone! What I love about it is how alive it feels in my palm. I felt two incredibly strong sensations while holding it and it became stronger the deeper I went into meditation. The first sensation is a, once again, very strong pulse and the second sensation, my favourite, is a very strong feeling of it breathing very slowly; a beautiful, calming ebb and flow. I’ve been meditating with it for a few days now and my days seem to have a nice flow to them. I seem to be at the right place at the right time, despite my plans to be at certain places at certain times. Hence I’ve avoided some uncomfortable situations that have taken place, I’ve discovered some neat places that I would have never noticed before, and have run into people that I’d never normal run into because I‘ve been late or early or just remembered to do something I‘ve forgotten about. So I also believe this to be a guiding stone and to be linked with the divine. Last thing I’ll mention is that I do find my Pietersite to be so strong at times that I’ve felt overdosed and have had to put it down for a while. But I am enjoying working with it!
