Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Google Checkout. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and despatched your goods. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we despatch your order.

Delivery
We currently use Royal Mail for delivery of your goods. We will deliver Worldwide. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Delivery Costs
The delivery costs are calculated on the weight of your parcel and the destination. Once you have added your items to your shopping basket you are then offered a full range of shipping options. Please ensure that you choose the method most appropriate to your destination.

Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the 'Add to Basket' button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button 'Order Now', we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. For safety reasons your order’s data is not accessible via the internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy and in line with the Data Protection Act.

Newsletter - our free monthly newsletter and crystal of the month email is only sent to customers who opt in to this option and provide us with their contact details.  Your personal information is kept in confidence according to our privacy policy and in line with the Data Protection Act.  Your details are not passed on to any third parties. 

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification, perishable goods or goods that by their nature cannot be returned, video, DVD, audio or software products and the item has been unsealed, newspapers, periodicals or magazines. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by telephone, email, fax or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order from us, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

If you have any queries about your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your 100% satisfaction is our aim! We value your custom and will do our best to ensure that you are happy with every aspect of your experience at KSC Crystals. We have a long history and excellent reputation. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

On viewing this website please take into account the use of crystals for healing and other forms of energy work should not be used in replacement for the traditional medical treatments that are available to us.

Any information that you gain, whether in spoken, written or electronic forms, that relates to crystals and stones purchased from KSC Crystals, should be received with an understanding of all of the above information and guide lines.
On our part - KSC Crystals, we will consider that any purchases you make of crystals, stones, minerals and/or jewellery from us it is done on the basis of your own freedom of choice and decision.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
