You will need:
Your Verdanite Earthstone, and a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.
Begin by holding your Verdanite Earthstone in your hand, or placing it over your heart or on the earth beneath you.
Close your eyes and take three long, steady breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth.
With each breath, feel yourself becoming more present, more rooted in this moment.
Now, imagine roots extending from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet, travelling down deep into the Earth. See them weaving through layers of soil, stone, and ancient bedrock, reaching towards the calm, steady heart of the Earth.
As your roots connect, sense the steady, nurturing energy of the Earth rising to meet you — a deep green current, cool and soothing, flowing upwards into your body.
Feel this energy entering through your feet, moving slowly upwards through your legs, hips, spine, and heart. As it rises, it gathers any tension, old sorrow, or forgotten burdens, gently dissolving them like mist in morning sunlight.
Bring your awareness to your heart space. Imagine your Verdanite Earthstone radiating a soft, green glow, like dappled sunlight filtering through forest leaves. With each breath, feel this glow expand — filling your chest, your arms, your throat, and your mind.
