Gem Silica, is a rare gem stone of high vibration, found in Arizona, New Mexico, Mexico, Peru, Taiwan and the Philippines. Although it may seem to be found in a number of locations, Gem Silica has only been found in very limited amounts, and is the most valuable variety of chalcedony. It is seldom found in jewellery except in pieces made by a few top jewellery designers due to its rarity and cost. The pieces for sale here, from KSC Crystals have come from Peru.
