There has been an issue when multiple customers attempt to order the same product almost simultaneously. Due to our current system configuration :-

The stock deduction occurs only once the customer reaches the "Order Complete" Page.

The final stock check is performed just before they advance to the payment gateway. Consequently, if both customers reach the payment gateway concurrently, they will both be able to finalise their orders.

While this process might not be optimal, it serves the purpose of preventing customers from receiving an "out of stock" message prematurely. Consider a scenario where one customer decides not to proceed with their order, yet the item remains in their basket. During this time, another customer could potentially complete their purchase, depleting the available stock.

A personal message from Jeni, Judy’s daughter.

Dealing with loss is never easy, and grief can feel enormous. After taking some time to process and begin to heal following her passing, I have asked Keith Birch from KSC Crystals to look after my mother’s crystal collection. He will slowly release them on his website, giving the public, friends, and followers a chance to purchase them. Mum enjoyed the crystal workshops that she and Keith organised and had great respect for the work that Keith puts into his extensive crystal website.

I am confident she would approve that her precious crystal collection will be well cared for and passed around the globe. Crystals have a way of remembering energy. We are all energy, whether we are on the physical earth plane, or if we have transitioned from our bodies and returned back to the light.

It stands to reason that we do not die; our energy, essence, or being simply changes form. Crystals are not a magic wand, but they provide a source of comfort and healing vibration to help you through whatever stage of life you are currently experiencing.

It is comforting to me that mum’s crystals will continue to help, and her knowledge of the crystal kingdom is still being shared and respected.
