Cancellation / Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a refund, excluding the cost of original postage and packing charges. This right applies to all items unless they have been made to your own custom specifications.

How to Cancel & Return:

Notification: You must give notice of your wish to cancel within the 14-day cancellation period by telephone, email, or letter.
Care of Goods: You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. All items must be returned in a resaleable condition.
Return Shipping: Goods must be returned at your own expense. For your own protection, we highly recommend using a recorded delivery service.

Once received in saleable condition, we will refund the price you paid for the goods. Full details of your cancellation rights will also be included in your order confirmation email.
