Judy Hall suggests that you keep your crystals with you at all times. When you are able to hold them in your hand it clears your mind and focuses your attention into the present moment.
Take three deep, slow, mindful breaths as you do so, paying attention to the air as it moves into your body and then out again automatically. The intention is not to "zone out", but rather to become more present and feel the stone's energies bathing you in peace and tranquillity.
