Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, via Clear Pay or PayPal.
Delivery
We currently use Royal Mail for delivery of your goods. We will deliver Worldwide. We cannot guarantee delivery times.
Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a refund, EXCLUDING the cost of the postage, packing and the fee that PayPal charge. This will apply to your order unless you order goods made to your own specification.
Please note:-
Pierced jewellery may not be returned for health and safety reasons.
EU CUSTOMERS
Please be aware that all parcels now have to clear customs and may take a little longer to arrive. It is also possible that as a result of Brexit your country may charge you import tax.
Sizes
All sizes are approximate to the nearest 5mm.
Delivery Costs
The delivery costs are calculated on the weight of your parcel and the destination. Once you have added your items to your shopping basket you are then offered a full range of shipping options. Please ensure that you choose the method most appropriate to your destination.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the 'Add to Basket' button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button 'Order Now', we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. For safety reasons your order’s data is not accessible via the internet. We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy and in line with the Data Protection Act.
Newsletter
Our free newsletter and crystal of the week email is only sent to customers who opt in to this option and provide us with their contact details. Your personal information is kept in confidence according to our privacy policy and in line with the Data Protection Act. Your details are not passed on to any third parties.
