White Amber

This Amber is found 100 meters deep in a coal-mine in Sumatra, Indonesia.

The scientific name for this Amber is Glessite, it is around 20 million years old and the white colour is due to foam micro bubbles...you can imagine it like whipped cream of tree sap
(foam caused by volcanic activity millions of years ago) that then petrified.
